MPS is changing our Student Information System from iPass to School Brains to enhance your ability to access information and ease communication.
For Student access – a link will be emailed shortly to the student’s Medford Gmail account with instructions on how to register.
For Parent access – IF we have an email for you on file and/or you have already registered for an iPass account, a link will be emailed to you within the next couple weeks with login information and a temporary password. For those who do not have an account currently with iPass, we will be posting a link to create an account with School Brains.
Please look for an update sheet in your new school year packets from your school to supply us with email addresses. This information you provide will also tie into our communication software, which has the ability to send phone calls, texts and emails regarding immediate communications such as snow days, emergency situations, or event announcements, etc. You have the option to select one or all methods of communication.
Please note: This School Brains program does NOT take place of the Lunch accounts or anything you may have linked for bill paying and financials. This is purely to see your student’s schedule, classes and teachers and offer a line of communication. Moving forward you will also be able to do much of the registration process for entering new students for MPS via this site.
We do anticipate the opening of school and the rollover to be an intensive merge of information. We appreciate your patience with this transition.
